Dr. Jabareen received his Doctoral Degree (Ed. D.) in “Administration, Training and Policy Studies”in 2007 from Boston University: Boston MA, USA. He also obtained a Master of Arts (MA) in English Literature in 1985, Connecticut College: New London CT, USA, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Literature and Arabic Literature 1983 from Tel Aviv University, Israel
