Biography:
Dr Sharaf Al-Tardeh is:
Assistant professor, Faculty of Applied Sciences- PPU.
Coordinator, Applied Biology Program
Chairman, Palestinian Society for Biological Sciences (PSBS).
He published many articles in peer reviewed journals and many others in national and
international conferences. He is supervising graduation projects and master thesis and
(three) PhD students.
Al-Tardeh performed funded projects i.e., PalGer, Palestine German Cooperation, PGSB,
PARC and EUPI. His research interests are about Microalgae metabolism and ecology,
Plant stress physiology and anatomy, Plant/soil/environmental interaction, Plant tissue
culture and natural products, genotyping and biodiversity
